We're Hiring: Communications Coordinator (full-time) and Graphic Designer (Part-Time)
Landmarks is the Public Art Program of the University of Texas at Austin. Our program aims to enrich the lives of students and visitors by presenting art that is broadly accessible and free to all. More than forty works of modern and contemporary art are on view throughout the 433-acre campus. The collection not only enhances the beauty of the landscape, but also supports scholarship and learning by demonstrating significant art historical trends from the past seven decades. Works of public art have the capacity to resonate deeply, stimulate curiosity, and inspire the imagination in unexpected ways. We are looking for team workers who can help fulfill this goal.
The Communications Coordinator oversees all public communications for Landmarks. The position maintains and strengthens favorable public attitudes toward the program, raises awareness through a broad range of initiatives, and promotes Landmarks to the university community and general public. The Communications Coordinator oversees Landmarks’ technology platforms (including the website and social media), photography and video production and archiving, and design implementation.
