40 Hours for the Forty Acres runs April 29 - 30th.
Visit our 40 for Forty Giving Page and help Landmarks bring the Art Cart to life!
Landmarks brings world-class art to campus that is free and open to everyone. With nearly fifty works across the Forty Acres, thousands encounter the collection every day. For many, it’s their first experience with great art.
And yet, most people don’t know who we are.
Landmarks is one of the nation’s leading public art programs—hiding in plain sight. Without a gallery or front desk, we’re easy to experience but hard to recognize. As one student put it: “Landmarks is amazing. I just never knew it existed.”
It’s time to change that.
MEET THE ART CART
The Art Cart is our mobile front door—a visible, welcoming hub that brings Landmarks directly to where people gather. It’s a simple, powerful idea: show up, invite curiosity, and make the program impossible to miss.
With the Art Cart, we will:
- Offer tours and interactive experiences
- Share guides and resources
- Welcome new audiences
- Make public art a more visible part of campus life
DOUBLE YOUR IMPACT
We’re ready to get started with early support from the Still Water Foundation and their $5,000 matching gift during 40 Hours for the Forty Acres. Every dollar you give will be matched 1:1. PLUS: Donate $5 - $250 at 10:00 AM or 4:00 PM on April 29 and your donation may be matched by UT, tripling your gift and impact.
